WASHINGTON (Reuters) – More Americans now disapprove of President Barack Obama than approve of him as high unemployment and government spending scare voters ahead of November's congressional elections, a Reuters/Ipsos poll showed on Tuesday. SEATTLE (AFP) – Two F-15 fighter jets were scrambled after a plane flew into restricted airspace near where President Barack Obama's Air Force One was parked in Seattle, US authorities said. Air space over Seattle had been partially closed as Obama visited the west-coast city as part of a cross-country tour. The NORAD air command said the F-15s from the Oregon Air National Guard were scrambled "in response to a Temporary Flight Restriction violation in the vicinity of Seattle." (more)
